To make sure Fin’s Pit Stop can be set up safely and provide the best experience at your event, please make sure your location can accommodate the following:

🚚 Space Requirements
Fin’s Pit Stop operates from a 16-foot mobile trailer. We require a minimum 10 ft × 25 ft flat, level space for safe setup and operation.

🚗 Easy Access
The setup area must be accessible by our tow vehicle and trailer, with enough room to safely pull in, position the trailer, and exit after the event.

🅿️ Clear Setup Area
The designated space should be clear of vehicles, equipment, low-hanging branches, and other obstacles before our arrival.

👥 Safe Guest Access
There should be adequate room around the setup area for guests to safely enter, exit, and enjoy the experience.

⚡ We Bring the Fun
Fin’s Pit Stop is designed to be a mobile experience. We bring the RC equipment, course, and necessary operating equipment—just provide us with a suitable place to set up!

Not sure if your space will work?
No problem! Send us a few photos or details about your event location and we’ll be happy to help determine if it’s a good fit.
